Official Transcripts can be picked up or mailed to you by following the directions below:
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS, TEST SCORES or ACADEMIC RECORDS

- Print and fill out the Transcript Request Form.
Official
transcripts can be picked up in two working days or mailed within five
(5) working days from the Office of the Registrar.
The Office of the Registrar will not accept transcript requests by phone or e-mail.
Official transcripts will not be provided for students with outstanding financial obligations to the university.
Unofficial transcripts can be obtained online by following the directions below;
UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
Current students can log in by going to http://www.oakland.edu and clicking on SAIL on the top right corner.
- Login with NetID and password
- Select SAIL link on the left
- Select Student Services and Financial Aid link
- Select Student Records
- Select View/Print Student Transcript
- Select Transcript Level and Transcript Type
- Select Submit
All others go to http://www.oakland.edu
and click on the SAIL icon located in the upper right-hand corner of
the page, click on link for "Alumni and students who have not registered
in the last year SAIL" on the right menu.
- Select Login To Secure Area
- Login with Grizzly ID and 6-digit pin
- Select Student Services and Financial Aid link
- Select Student Records
- Select View/Print Student Transcript
- Select Transcript Level and Transcript Type
- Select Submit
- If you cannot login to SAIL, we suggest that you reset your PIN first, and try again.
