To reset your Banner password you must complete the Banner Unlock Account/Password Reset form found at https://forms.oakland.edu/forms/FormsPROD/default.aspx

To reset your Admnet password you may complete the on-line form at https://netid.oakland.edu/profile/authADMNETChange.php

If you cannot complete this on-line due to an error message, you must complete the ADMNET Access Request form found at https://forms.oakland.edu/forms/FormsPROD/default.aspx

You will be contacted via email and telephone when the password is reset. To pick up the new password, bring a picture ID to Operations at 220 Dodge Hall.
