If you are experiencing issues with sending attachments using Webmail powered by Google, we recommend that you make a secure connection to the Google servers and try to resend the attachment. Follow the steps below to make this connection:
- Login to webmail.oakland.edu with your NetID and password
- After login, confirm the URL address begins with 'http'
- Click inside the address bar and add an 's' to the 'http' so that it appears as 'https'
- Press enter on your keyboard to reload the website
- The website will reload to a secure connection (https) to Google's server
