The following steps will allow you to sync your iPhone/iPod Touch to your OU calendar. It creates a bi-directional, over the air sync. This will only add your primary calendar. The process to add additional calendars from your account is not covered in these steps.

You must have the iPhone 3.0 software or later installed.

1. Sync your account with Google: https://netid.oakland.edu/profile/ Click on and complete Gmail IMAP/POP Password Syncronize Utility

2. Go into Settings app
3. Go into 'Mail, Contacts, Calendars'
4. Select 'Add Account...'
5. Select 'Other'
6. Select 'Add CardDAV Account'
7. Enter the following information;

Server: google.com Username: Complete NetID (email) address (ie. xxxxxx@oakland.edu ) Password: Your NetID password

Description: Enter a descriptive calendar name

1. Select Next
2. Select Save
3. Select the home button

You can also use this process to add personal gcal accounts, however you must use the appropriate username and password for each account.

When you open the Calendar app on the iPhone/iPod it will perform the sync. To view individual calendars within the Calendars app, select the back button at the top labeled 'Calendars'.
