How to Purchase Software

To purchase software please use the following steps:

  1. Complete and follow the steps listed on the Software & Hosted Solution Purchasing Checklist

  2. Attach the End User License Agreement (EULA) to the email. Route the form to helpdesk@oakland.edu

  3. The ticket will be assigned to the Consultation team for the review and approval.
  4. Please note that software procurement and use must be compliant with Policy #870 Software Regulations.

  5. Review and purchase with University procedures at http://www.oakland.edu/uts/software

  6. Software is not a reimbursable expense. Some license ownerships will not transfer.
