If you cannot remember your Grizzly ID, if your PIN is
disabled, or if you want to reset your PIN:
Current/Former Students who have attended within the last
year:

You can view your Grizzly ID number in SAIL by
going to www.oakland.edu, and clicking on the SAIL icon (https://mysail.oakland.edu) located in
the upper right hand corner and logging in with your NetID & password.
Users of Internet Explorer 8 will not be able to login or use eBill unless they
use compatibility mode to access the web page.

On the main page, under "My Details"
section you will find the GrizzlyId.

Students who have NOT attended within the last year:
- If you
have not attended in the last year, or are unable to do this with a NetID
login, must come in person with picture identification to the appropriate
office listed below.
- Current
or former students can go to any student services office.

OU Graduates (with an OU diploma), find your
Grizzly ID on GrizzLink
the OU online alumni community.
§ GrizzLink is
free and available to graduates of Oakland University.
§ If
you have not previously registered for GrizzLink, click
on First Time Users and follow the instructions to register.

To change or reset your 6 digit PIN:
Visit the Oakland University NetID Administration page at https://netid.oakland.edu
1. Select: Reset/Change your GrizzlyID PIN
2. Follow the instructions to Reset your Personal
Identification Number (PIN) Note: Enter GrizzlyID with capital "G"
(Gxxxxxxxx). Enter date of birth in format mm/dd/yyyy (requires input of
slashes).
3. For first time processors, you will be prompted to select a
PIN hint question from a drop down menu and provide the answer. If you don't
know your PIN hint answer you will need to contact the Helpdesk at (248)
370-4357 or email us at helpdesk@oakland.edu
and request a "PIN hint answer reset".
4. Once your PIN is successfully reset, close your browser.
Faculty/Staff: If you do not know your Grizzly ID number then
you must come in person with picture identification to the appropriate office
listed below:
