- He has 10 years of experience as an adjunct professor of advanced mediation and has the highest ratings from Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers.
- Criminal Defense - history with State Appellate Defenders Office, Federal Defenders Office and private practice
- He was the first Michigan Lawyer invited to join the American Board of Criminal Lawyers.
- Prosecution - served as Chief of the Economic Crimes Unit of the United States Attorney's Office
- He has numerous Justice Department recognitions from over 50 jury trials.
- FINRA - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority
- He occasionally sits as an Arbitrator for Security (stock) disputes.
