VA Certification is completed by OU’s School Certifying Official located in the Office of the Registrar.
Oakland University students who are members of the National Guard are eligible to apply for the
OU Michigan Army and Air National Guard Award. Once the application and all other certification documents have been received, Financial Services will notify recipients of the award.
