DESCRIPTION:

The course will examine the evolution of higher education from the colonial times through present day. By understanding how education has changed, and the need for higher education, students will understand how their present day experience in college has been influenced by the past. Students will have a better understanding of the influences that impact the philosophical views of an institution.
