a. Chair oversees distribution
B. The two CAP members reviewing a candidate’s section draft a joint review statement and send it to the
CAP chair before the second meeting that considers the Dossier
C. Second CAP meeting that considers the Dossier
1. CAP satisfied that Dossier is properly prepared
a. If no, then send back to FPAC
b. If yes, then review of each section’s draft statement
2. CAP vote
3. Dossier return to Dean’s office
a. Chair oversees collection
D. Penultimate draft of CAP’s letter typed by chair before the third meeting that considers the Dossier
E. Third CAP meeting that considers the Dossier (this part could be done by email and applying
signatures to letter in Dean’s office)
1 . Final review of letter by CAP
2. If no further revisions, then CAP member signatures are applied to letter
