March 19-30	SAIL (Web) registration – by class standing and earned credit hours
March 30, 2012 - Jan. 9, 2013	SAIL (Web) registration – open
Dec. 3	De-registration from winter 2013 classes (due to non-payment of past due balance)
Dec. 21- Jan. 1	University closed – holiday recess
Jan. 3	Classes begin 7:30 a.m.
Jan. 3-9	First week of late registration – SAIL (web) registration/add class(es) continues
Jan. 9	Last day SAIL (web) registration for winter 2013 Financial aid credit lock for 1^st half courses (Jan. 3 - Feb. 16, 2013): Financial aid is based on the number of registered credits as of 11:59 p.m. Credits added after that time will not be considered for financial aid, scholarships, grants and perkins loans. All other loans disburse based on the registered credits at the time of disbursement.

March 21	Last day to obtain thesis/dissertation format approval from graduate study for winter 2013 graduates
March 24	Bill due date
March 28	Last day to submit thesis/dissertation to graduate study (520 ODH) for binding in fulfillment of degree requirements for winter 2013 graduates
March 29	2^nd half classes - last day to withdraw
April 3	Federal financial aid recipients enrolled in only 2^nd half courses: Last day to return federal financial aid funds for students who stopped attending all courses.
April 17	Winter classes end 10 p.m.

*Financial aid (ie. scholarships, grants, awards, Perkins Loans) is finalized based on the number of registered credits on the last day published to add and/or withdraw from credits with a 100% tuition refund. Credits added after the 100% tuition refund deadline are not considered for financial aid, scholarships, grants, awards and Perkins Loans.
