Faculty are encouraged to fill out the
Candidate Information Form. Two types of faculty should fill out this form: Those whose terms are expiring, but wish to continue, and those who aspire to be elected to a given spot on the committee.
IMPORTANT: If your term is expiring and if you do not affirm that you wish to continue, it will be assumed that you either do not wish to continue or you are indifferent about continuing.
Upon completion, the Candidate Information Form should be submitted to Associate Dean Lorenzo Smith and Candy McLellan in 248 Dodge Hall of Engineering.
