OU Lean Diversification Program
The OU Lean Diversification Program is led by industry experts who can provide companies with the techniques necessary to make strategic decisions about diversification and, most importantly, develop employees to be key contributors and analytical thinkers in growth strategies.

Participants will learn how to analyze and resolve problems with a continuous improvement mindset, through earning either a Lean Black Belt or Green Belt certificate.

Principles addressed include: Lean culture, role of leadership, problem solving techniques and process improvement.

Lean Black Belt Certificate: Participants will be given the knowledge to work independently on Lean transformation efforts, coach others and develop people.

Lean Green Belt Certificate: Participants will be able to apply Lean principles to focused areas of the business.

Lean Thinking for Education Program - Coming Soon!
The program will focus on providing an overview of Lean principles and their application to education. Participants will engage in Lean improvement processes and develop ways to implement collaboration and engagement with the professional community.

Especially beneficial to K-12 and higher education school administrators, the program will employ Lean process improvement concepts based on district/institutional goals in order to create greater value and eliminate waste within the organizational operation. Training will consist of 50 hours of meeting time, and the remaining 50 hours will be completed in field work via a Lean project.
