Residence Halls Council
OU’s Residence Halls Council (RHC) is the governing body for all residence hall students. RHC offers residents the opportunity to influence residential programs, policies and procedures. RHC meets weekly to share information, plan programs, make decisions and receive committee reports. The RHC committees include Food Service, Programming and Student Advocacy.  
 
 
Become Involved
Join the Residence Halls Council to gain valuable leadership skills while promoting the community concept within the residence halls. You do not have to be elected to serve on the Residence Halls Council.
Meetings 
Residence Halls Council meets each Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the Hamlin Lounge during fall and winter semesters. The meetings are open to any interested resident.
