Oakland University's Webmail is a service provided and supported by the University Technical Services (UTS); however here are some solutions to commonly asked questions.

Link Webmail to Outlook
This is the CTO recommened method for using Microsoft Outlook with your University E-mail account.
- Download and Install Google Apps Sync
- If you have Outlook open close it now, if you are logged into your Webmail or Gmail logout
- From the start menu choose "Set up a Google Apps Sync user"
- Type your e-mail address including @oakland.edu
- Choose no, help me sign-in
- Click continue
- Log into Webmail
- Choose to grant access
- Open Outlook and choose your Google apps profile.
