IRB Instructions
If necessary, please contact your Capstone Director to determine which IRB(s) you need to submit to (OU and/or Beaumont) and which forms you should use, i.e, exempt, expedited, full board.
All forms you’ll need can be found on this website. Please note that you are responsible for filling out your own forms.
After the forms are complete, you must route them to your Capstone Director for review. Contact information is listed at the bottom of this page. Any forms submitted without the assurance of your Capstone Director will be returned.
