Oakland University and the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) is delighted to offer our first ever Orientation/Workshop for New Part-time/Non-tenure Track Faculty. Join us to learn about teaching and learning, faculty and student supports at Oakland and meet and network with other new part-time faculty. We want you to feel connected; we want you to be part of our OU community.
  • Discuss the advantages and challenges of part-time instruction
  • Learn about teaching and learning and our supporting students
  • Learn about CETL, library, e-learning and instructional classroom support
  • Here from the Dean of Students, Disability Support Services, the Writing Center, Tutorial Center and the Counseling Center
