Banners
Publicize your organization or event on a computer-generated banner. Each banner costs $15 and must be ordered at least two weeks in advance. Banners can be hung in the Oakland Center at no cost for a least one week. Only one banner is allowed for each event at one time. To order a banner or banner paper, complete a Banner Request Form found at www.oakland.edu/csa and mail, fax or drop it off at the Center for Student Activities, 49 Oakland Center.

Computers
Three computer labs are located in the Oakland Center for student use. The computer lab in the lower level of the Oakland Center has 12 Dell computers and a laser printer. A computer lab in the Exhibit Lounge, located on the main level across from the Pioneer Food Court, has 4 Dell computers and a laser printer. The computers are equipped with the same software as those in Kresge Library and Dodge Hall labs.

The other lab is located in C@fé O'Bear's. Equipped with 12 Dell computers and a laser printer, this lab is the only 24-hour lab on campus for registered students to use during fall and winter semesters. Simply swipe your OU SpiritCard at the access point at the south entrance of the lab after regular building hours.

In addition to the two labs, there are 14 standing computer stations located in the building. Ten computers are available for use in the expanded Pioneer Food Court and four Dell computers are located in the hallway outside the OU Bookstore in the lower level.

Registered students are able to access the wireless network with a valid OU e-mail account and an 802.11 wireless card. For instructions on how to configure your laptop to access the wireless network on campus, see the GRIZZNET Frequently Asked Questions.

Copy Stations
Three self-service copy stations are available for use in the Oakland Center. One machine is located in the upper level across from the Welcome Center, one machine is in the Expansion Food Court (across from drinking fountains) and one machine is available in the lower level across from the men's and women's restrooms. All three machines accept SpiritCash only.

CSA Service Window
Located in the lower level of the Oakland Center the CSA Service Window gives access to tickets, signing up for student organization sponsored programs and other area events. In addition, the CSA Service Window provides fax services for a small fee and postage stamps. Ticket window hours during fall and winter semesters are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. During spring and summer semesters, the hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For more information on tickets or sign-ups, contact the Center for Student Activities, 49 Oakland Center, at (248) 370-2400 or csa@oakland.edu.

Electronic Message Boards
Display information about your organization's event on the electronic message boards in the Oakland Center. To submit information for the electronic message boards, contact the OC Reservations Office, 118 Oakland Center, at (248) 370-3230.

Information Tables
Recognized university groups can reserve a table free of charge in the OC, to provide information, for publicity, conduct surveys or recruiting. Off-campus groups may rent tables for $100 per day. University groups may NOT sponsor off campus groups at tables. No credit card solicitiations are permitted. Payment should be received on or before the day of rental and may be paid in cash or by check payable to Oakland University. Tables are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve a table, contact the OC Reservations Office, 118 Oakland Center, at (248) 370-3230.

Lost and Found
Find something you lost at the OC's lost and found located in the Oakland Center Administration and Reservations Office, 118 Oakland Center, on the main level of the Oakland Center. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Oakland Post, OU's student newspaper, is available at racks throughout the Oakland Center.

Table Tents
Advertise your organization or event on table tents in the Pioneer Food Court and in other Oakland Center lounge areas. Table tents must be approved and scheduled for display by the Center for Student Activities, 49 Oakland Center, (248) 370-2400 or csa@oakland.edu. The sponsoring organization is responsible for placing their approved table tents on any Pioneer Food Court or Oakland Center lounge area tables. Up to three different table tents may be displayed per week. Fliers, handouts and other printed materials may not be left on any tables in the Oakland Center.
