The Oakland Center is the center of student life on campus. It is a great place to meet friends, grab a bite to eat, check e-mail, watch TV or buy OU merchandise.
The OC also hosts several educational, cultural, recreational and social events throughout the year, including speakers and comedians, arts and crafts shows, movies, dances, fundraisers and more.

Bumpers Game Room
The game room, in the lower level of the OC, is free to OU students. It has video games, billiard tables, a video gaming wall, assorted board and card games, and table tennis.
Center for Student Activities
The Center for Student Activities, 49 Oakland Center, sponsors several campus-wide events, including lectures, films and concerts, many of which take place at the OC. The center also offers discount tickets to Detroit-area theatres and supports OU student organizations.
CSA Service Window
Tickets and sign-up sheets for many student organization and other campus events are available at the CSA Service Window, 49 Oakland Center. Discount tickets to several Detroit-area theatres also are available.
Student Organizations
With more than 100 student organizations, there are many ways to get involved at OU. The Oakland Center houses student organization offices and hosts several student organization programs and events.
