Adobe Flash Player The standard for delivering high impact web content. Allows designs, and application user interface to be displayed across browsers and platforms.
Adobe Acrobat Reader Software that allows you to easily view, search, print and comment on pdf documents.
Windows Media Player Digital media player used for playing audio, video and viewing images on personal computers.
Quick Time Player Movie viewer application used to access instant content on the web.
Flip 4 for the Mac Flip 4 for the Mac exports components for Quick Time that allows you to make, edit and play Windows media on your Mac.
Real Player A closed source cross platform media player that plays multimedia formats like MP3, MPEG and Quick Time over the Internet.
Scribd Document Reader Free publishing site and document reader where you can upload pdf, Word and Power Point files to share and also send files to mobile devices.
Snip Your URL Use this application to condense long URL's to help make it easier to send them in e-mails or to remember them.
Power Point Viewer Application that allows readers to easily create pdf files from any application.
Audacity Free open-source application available for recording and editing sounds.
VoiceThread This is a collaborative application where you can create a multimedia slide show similar to Power Point. Images, documents and videos can be inserted, and comments can be inserted by viewers. Click here to view a sample of a VoiceThread.
Skype Application that allows you to make free calls (including webcam functionality) to other Skype users globally.
Jing Free open-source application that allows you to capture an image and/or short video of your computer screen. You can then share the images and videos on the web.
exe e-learning Authoring Software Free open-source authoring software that enables faculty and students to create and publish instructional training programs to the web or publish programs into course management systems without extensive use of html.
PDF Maker Use this software to easily convert documents to a pdf format.
