The program in Information Technology (IT) prepares students for a professional career in IT. The program provides students with sufficient technical strength and a comprehensive understanding of information technology practice in context to act as problem solvers in various settings. The program places a great emphasis on hands-on experience and requires students to participate in industrial internships or industry-sponsored projects. Being a new program, the program is not yet accredited by ABET.
