2nd Midwest Conference on Stem Cell Biology and Therapy
October 5th - 7th, 2012
Abstract submission deadline:
Oral presentation - September 15th
Poster presentation - September 15th
Submission Requirements
Please review the following submission guidelines before submitting the abstract:
Type of Presentations
The abstracts can be submitted as an oral or poster presentation.
- Oral presentations are limited to 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. Authors should prepare presentation media that are clear enough to be seen by a large group in a room that is not completely dark. A speaker ready room will be available on-site for review of slides, video or computer projection before presentation.
The abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific program committee to select a limited number of abstracts.
- Poster presenters will be assigned a board to display text and other illustrative material. Posters will be on display for the entire meeting. There will be a 2 hour presentation period. Presenters should be present at their assigned poster board during the hours of presentation to discuss their work with attendees. The recommended dimensions for your poster are 39" X 48".
The posters will be reviewed by the scientific program committee to select abstracts for poster presentation.
Please indicate your willingness to present as a poster if the scientific program committee is unable to accept your abstract to present for an oral presentation. If the committee is not able to offer the submitter speaking slot, then the abstract is automatically considered for a poster presentation if not picked to be presented orally.
