Tailored to the needs of females, TOPS helps athletes stay in shape, get back in form faster and improve overall performance through individualized, sport-specific instruction.
Why Choose The TOPS Program
All competitors are not created equal and because of certain characteristics of the female anatomy, some sports pose particular problems. Some of the these problems are related to hormone fluctuation, anatomy and muscle firing patterns, making females more susceptible to certain injuries.

TOP Performance Sessions
TOP Performance athletes work with nationally certified personal trainers who provide structured, sport-specific training to address the athlete's goals and expectations. Each session, tailored to the athlete's ability and limitations, includes a warm up followed by a strength workout that focuses on flexibility and cardiovascular training. Athletes are given an overall assessment to uncover muscle imbalances and improve postural alignment and core strength training.

Best results are achieved when sessions are completed twice per week. Private, partner, or group/team training sessions are available.
