Bonnie has more than 10 years experience in the fitness industry. Besides being an ACE certified personal trainer, she is a Cycle Reebok instructor and a competitor on the USA World Triathlon Team and Half Ironman Team. Full-time, she is the head coach for Team Fraser. Bonnie promotes functional fitness using free weight and machine exercises as well as resist-a-ball workouts to challenge your body. Jeremy is an AFAA certified personal trainer and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.He received his Bachelors of Science in Health Science with a focus in Exercise Science and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Oakland University. Currently, he works as an ER nurse at Beaumont Hospital at both Grosse Pointe and Troy. Prior to returning to school, Jeremy served 4 years active duty with the Marine Corps. Jeremy enjoys working with diverse groups of people and loves developing creative exercise routines that cater to individual needs, goals and busy schedules. Katie is an AFAA certified personal trainer and TRX certified. She graduated from NC State University with a Bachelors of Science in Sport Management and Fitness Leadership. Katie is originally from Pittsburgh but is here at Oakland University pursuing her Masters degree in Training and Development. Aside from personal training, Katie is also a group exercise instructor who loves to teach classes that include plyometrics, strength, interval training and a combination of Pilates and Yoga. She is also an avid runner who have participated in many half marathons, 5k and 10k races. If you want someone to really push you to meet your goals, Katie will be the trainer for you.

Rachelle is an AFAA certified personal trainer, ACSM Health Fitness Specialist and TRX certified. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance at Oregon State University and her Masters degree in Clinical Exercise Science at Oakland University. After taking a long break, Rachelle is back in school working on her MBA degree. Rachelle loves creating individualized circuits that are fun and heart-pumping for clients of all fitness levels. Adam is an undergraduate student at Oakland University pursuing a Bachelors degree in Health Science with a concentration in Wellness, Health Promotion and Injury Prevention. He hopes to continue his education into a graduate degree that allows him to work with kids and teach them the importance of health, wellness and being physically active. Outside of working at the Rec Center, Adam has great passion for the sport of Rugby. He is currently a member of OU's Rugby sports club team and is always looking to travel to play a game or two with other Rugby teams in the area.

Dennis is an undergraduate student here at OU, studying Health Sciences. He hopes to continue his education into graduate school to study Kinesiology. He is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Outside of the Rec Center, Dennis is also a track & field coach for Clarkston High School and also dedicates hours of training to prepare himself to one day compete in the CrossFit Games.
