Human Resources Process Mapping
While the Banner system meets many of the needs of University Human Resources, in some areas paper processes or internally built databases are used to track important data, including COBRA administration and retiree management. This project focuses on adapting Banner to fulfill all UHR process needs. If it is determined that Banner is insufficient to satisfy these unique processes, the study will determine other, more efficient options.
The study will map current processes, define best practices, define technological requirements, conduct gap analysis with Banner, and develop a final report outlining a strategy for going forward.
