Mentor Form Instructions
  1. Consult with the student regarding the project being proposed.
     
  2. Submit a Mentor Endorsement Form.
     
  3. You must apply for any regulatory compliance clearance that is required for the project.  For more information regarding submitting compliance applications please see the Regulatory Compliance section of the OU Research website or contact Judette Haddad at haddad@oakland.edu or x4898.
