Family Stories to Go

Family Stories to Go is the first community workshop of its kind, where kids ages 10 and up record an oral history with an adult partner. Workshop facilitators guide participants through the interview and recording process, providing all necessary recording equipment. At the end of the workshop, each pair of participants will have their own digital voice file of their recorded stories. This is a unique opportunity to preserve your family story for generations to come.

This workshop will be running again in the future. For more information please contact pokrzywa@oakland.edu
