 Neil S. Talon, MD, graduated from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeon and completed residency training in psychiatry at The New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center’s Payne Whitney Clinic. Dr. Talon became a distinguished fellow of the American Psychiatric Association in 2004. Dr. Talon has an interest in adult and geriatric psychiatry, specializing in mood disorders, anxiety disorders and forensic issues and in psychopharmacology.
