Property Management - Off Campus Equipment

For equipment that will be taken off campus, please comple a Request To Take Equipment Off Campus form
and submit the original copy to the Property Management Office. Laptops and similar portable computing 
devices are excluded.
 
You will need Deparment Head and Dean or Divisional VP approval.
