Cardio


Aqua Cardio
An energizing cardio class in the water!  Splash your way through a low-impact but not low intensity workout.  An excellent addition to any workout plan.  No swimming experience required.  Class is in the shallow water.

Kickboxing
A high energy cardio class combining various kicks and punches to get your heart pumping!

Krav Maga
Krav Maga fitness is based on the Israeli Street Fighting System known as Krav Maga. This is a workout like no other and builds self-defense
skills in addition to fitness levels. Krav Maga is for men and women, beginners through advanced fitness levels. Looking for something beyond a
cardio class? This workout is for you!

Zumba
Complete FUN!  Latin inspired dance that will keep you moving for a great moderate intensity cardio workout.


Cardio Sculpt


Strength Circuit
Alternating strength circuit exercises using various exercise equipment and props will keep your body guessing.  A great time-efficient, effective workout for all levels.

Step and Strength
A high energy session of favorite intermediate to advanced step moves followed by an effective strength training segment.

Step Circuit
Alternating combinations of step moves combined with strength circuits for an interval-style workout.  Get a great cardio workout while building lean body mass and personal strength.


Cycle

Cycle
Take a ride on the bike for improved cardiovascular fitness.  Cycle through sprints, jumps, climbs, and isolations to get your blood pumping!


Strength


Total Body Sculpt
A high-energy, total body toning workout with cardio bursts throughout! Upbeat music and challenging yet doable exercises to get you in the best shape for spring. Set your goals high because this class is designed to push you as an individual. All fitness levels welcome!
Body Conditioning
An hour-long conditioning classes that focuses on your upper body, lower body, and core so everything is in balance. Free weights, resistance bands, BOSU's, and stability balls are used to tone and strengthen your entire body.
Power Hour
Need a total body workout but short on time? Reap the benefits of this 35-minute interval training class that encompasses all muscle groups, cardio movements, and core exercises for those on-the-go. A functional, to the point class that gets you in, sweaty, and out in minutes flat! All fitness levels welcome.
TRX
All core, all the time; suspension training is the latest in functional exercises. Engage all your muscles with this non-stop 45-minute TRX workout. Build overall strength and endurance, balance, and flexibility with this total body workout. All fitness levels welcome.
PiYo™
PiYo™ is a unique class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability, all in 45-minutes!
Absolutions
Take 25 minutes to focus on your abdominals, back and more!  Sessions will include a variety of exercises, with or without equipment use, to strengthen and tone your core.


Dance

Dance Party
Work up a sweat while having fun!  Shake off your weekday chaos while improving cardiovascular fitness.  No dance experience required.  This class is cardio, not choreographed routines.


Fit For Life
Drop-in classes geared towards mature adults.

Strength, Stretch & Balance
A blended workout combining balance and strength.

Cardio
Low-impact, traditional aerobic fitness.

Yoga
Improve strength, balance, flexibility, circulation, and inner peace using traditional yoga poses and sequence.

Tai Chi
A martial arts practice concentrating on balance and focus.


Mind Body

We put levels on our yoga classes to help you decide the best class for you!
Level 1:  Just getting started/some experience
Level 2:  Some experience/working to improve
Level 3:  Experienced/more advanced

Pilates ($)
Enjoy an energized fusion of yoga, strength, and easy-to-follow rhythmic movements focused on the core to help improve posture, increase strength, and increase flexibility.

Yoga (1 or 2) ($)
Focus on improving strength, balance, flexibility, circulation, and inner peace using traditional yoga poses and sequence.

Gentle Yoga (1) ($)
Quiet your mind, relax your body and just chill out!  Props and postures will help open the body for total relaxation and rejuvenation.

Vinyasa Yoga (3) ($)

A vigorous, fast-paced cardiovascular yoga workout geared for the intermediate to advanced yoga enthusiast.  This format will challenge your body and mind to reach new heights.

Yin Yoga (3) ($)
A quiet meditative yoga workout targeting the connective tissues and body joints not normally exercised.  By holding poses for an extended time, you will be able to relax your muscles and let gravity do the work!  Improving joint mobility, strength, and personal focus are the primary goals of this session.
