Campus projects updates:
P-1 Lighting:
The lighting in parking lot P-1 is being upgraded today, thanks in part to a grant from DTE. This process will require bases, poles and fixtures to be removed, resulting in unusually dim lighting levels in P-1. To mitigate this issue, temporary lighting will be used. Work is anticipated to be completed by September 1.
Human Health Building:
At the website below, see photos from our new web cam documenting the ongoing progress on the Human Health Building. Photos are updated every 30 minutes, with the ability to see photos back to July 22.

Parking:
Most of the smaller parking projects have been completed. Still in progress are P-35, near Pioneer and Library Drive, and the repaving of the north end of P-1. Both are expected to be completed by September 1. To compensate for the need to use portions of P-2 and P-3 as staging areas during construction, temporary overflow parking will be made available at the Upper Playing Fields (north of P-11) and at Pioneer and Meadow Brook Road (west of P-37).
Squirrel Road:
By September 1, Squirrel Road between University Drive and Walton Blvd is expected to be completely open. By mid September, at the latest, Squirrel Road between Pioneer and University Drive is expected to be completed. Squirrel Road south of Pioneer will not be completed until early November.
