Welcome Letter and Move-In Information
WELCOME TO RESIDENCE LIFE!
We are now pleased to offer students who have submitted a housing contract a personalized way to access the details related to their University Housing account.

My Housing is an online system that will allow you to view your room assignment, roommate contact information and meal plan selection. Throughout the year, your My Housing account can be used to manage maintenance orders, room changes, and holiday break requests.

You will find a link to the My Housing sign-in page below. When reviewing your room and roommate assignment information, we ask that you remember the following:

  • Room assignments are subject to change due to cancellations. If you don’t have a roommate assigned at this time, please continue to monitor My Housing for updated room and roommate assignments.
  • Single rooms have not been granted at this time. The single room request list will be monitored as space becomes available.
  • The student apartment request list will also be monitored as space becomes available.
  • Students are unable to make changes to their room assignments or meal plans at this time. The first room change period will be September 11-13. More information on this topic will become available after move-in.
  • Returning students with past due accounts or who are not registered for fall classes have not been assigned a room at this time.
  • If you chose a room during the early sign-up period and have a past due account, or have not registered for classes, your assignment will be dropped from the system.

If your plans have changed and you would like to cancel your Housing contract, please click here to access the Contract Release Form. The contract cancellation penalty fee is $200.00 before move-in begins. After move-in, the cancellation penalty fee increases to $300.00, plus the daily rate for additional days lived on campus.
