Directions for donating to the Dr. Michele D. Raible Fund for Medical Students
Directions to designate an online gift to the Dr. Michele D. Raible Fund for Medical Students:
- Complete all required information.
- Under "GIFT INFORMATION" select "OU William Beaumont School of Medicine" under the "1st Designation" drop-down box.
- Under the "Fund" drop-down box, select "OU William Beaumont School of Medicine Gifts".
- Further down the page, under "Gifts in Memory or in Honor of," click the radio button "This gift is made in memory of someone."
- Under "Information on Deceased or Honoree" enter Dr. Michele Raible's name in the first line. (no address is necesary)
- Dr. Raible's husband, Dr. William Miles, will be informed of all donors who give in Dr. Raible's memory. It is not necessary to enter his name and address.
- Complete the form and press the submit button.
