University Stationery / Business Cards / Forms
Printing Services prints and stocks the majority of university approved forms. Our Forms Requisitions lists all forms currently available for purchase. If you are in need of a particular form, simply fill out the Forms Requisition and submit it to Printing Services. We can fill your order while you wait, if necessary. Forms can be purchased in whatever quantity you need since they are priced per piece. We also produce carbonless forms that are specially designed for your department.
In addition to forms we warehouse 9 x 12 Black Linen, Gold Foil Folders, Shipping Labels, and generic memo pads in 2 sizes.
Business cards can be ordered by using our online order form. (Some restrictions for card ownership do apply. Click here for more information before you order.) Business card pricing: 250 - $52.00 / 500 - $62.00 / 1000 - $111.00. Information can be printed on the back side of the card for an additional fee some restrictions apply. An additional typesetting fee will be charged for extensive changes. Review content of card before submitting to avoid additional fees.
Letterhead and envelopes are ordered by completing a printing services order form and submitting via fax 4544 or sending thru campus mail, we are currently working on an online order form for stationery. When ordering letterhead and envelopes please attach or fax a sample with your order form. Letterhead and Envelopes are sold in boxes of 500. Prior to printing brochures, fliers, invitations, newsletters or other similar projects intended for any external audience, University Communications and Marketing must review and approve all projects to adhere to university policy 488.
