Classroom Support and Instructional Technical Services (CSITS) operating budget is supplemented with funds generated through a charge-back process in which certain services are provided for a fee. CSITS service fees are associated with the use of audiovisual and instructional technology hardware and software resources, supply items, staff labor, and the transfer of any outside service or material fees incurred by CSITS in support of user activity. Charge-back and service fees are determined according to user application as it relates to academic instruction and special event activity.
