Biography
Teri Kolar has been working in the health care inustry since 1990. Currently she is employed with an area hospice program providing Music Therapy as well as Integrative Health consultations. She is experienced and credentialed to provide various holistic and wellness treatment programs on both individual and group levels, including Life and Wellness Coaching, stress management and relaxation. Teri is experienced in the field of health and wellness as an independent business owner, public speaker and instructor/lecturer at the University level. She sits on on the strategic development board for Oakland University’s Complementary Medicine and Wellness program and is involved in several community initiative programs such as the Oakland County Wellness coalition and the Oakland County Health Alliance. Teri’s experience and education has prompted her passion for Wellness in many capacities, from individual health to community health. She believes that health and wellness stem from an attitude of wellbeing and not just the absence of sickness. Teri is passionate about bringing this awareness to others.
