Every day, Oakland University is changing lives through the gift of education. Participants in our monthly giving program understand the university’s need for ongoing, consistent philanthropic support. Your monthly gift will have a direct impact on our students and programs and provide a stable source of funding.
Becoming a monthly donor couldn’t be easier. There are two easy ways to join:
- Enroll Online – Make your monthly pledge by checking the “monthly” option under “Gift Frequency.” The amount you enter will be charged to your credit card on or around the 15th of each month for each of the next 12 months. You will receive an e-mail receipt each month.
(Example: A $50 gift is entered on the form and the “monthly” option is checked. Fifty dollars will be charged to the credit card 12 times for a total gift of $600.)
- Enroll through the mail – Download the Monthly Giving Registration Form. Your credit card will be charged on or around the 15th of each month until you request it is stopped. Mail the completed form to:

What if my credit card expires?
You will be contacted by a Development, Alumni and Community Engagement representative before your credit card expires to discuss your wishes regarding your monthly gift.

Will I receive a receipt each month?
Yes. If you enroll online, you will receive an e-mail receipt each month. If you enroll through the mail or by phone, you will receive a paper receipt each month.
