Guest Policy
Rec Center members and eligible self-sponsored guests who are 18 years of age or older may sign in up to two guests per visit at a cost of $8 (student) or $8 (non-student) per day per guest or $16 for a weekend pass, which is valid from Friday at 5 p.m. through closing on Sunday. If members wish to sign in more than two guests per visit, they must notify the Rec Center in advance and receive prior permission from a member of the Campus Recreation professional staff.

All guests who are 16 or older must show a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license, and sign in at the Welcome Center. Members must remain in the building with their guests at all times and are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

Non-participant entry into the Rec Center for things such as tours and events does not require the purchase of a guest pass, however, some form of ID may be necessary.

Guest Passes
Guest passes entitle non-members access to the facility either through a self-sponsorship (restricted to specific affiliated groups) or sponsorship by a current member or an eligible affiliate. Guest passes are sold at the Welcome Center from the time the building opens until one hour prior to closing.

Self-Sponsored Guests
Self-sponsored guests may include currently enrolled students who have not paid the Rec Center fee, OU faculty, staff, alumni, official OU retirees, MSU Federal Credit Union members and President’s Club members. Proof of these affiliations is required. Once self-sponsored guests pay for their own guest pass, they may sponsor up to two guests per visit at the current guest pass rate.
