This six-story hall houses nearly 200 students in double rooms with community bathrooms in the center of each floor.
Van Wagoner House has study rooms on each floor, a main lobby and lounge with a big screen TV, vending machines, microwave ovens, and complete laundry facilities.
Room Specifications
Each room in Van Wagoner House is 10’ 10” X 11’ 2” with a ceiling height of 8 feet. These specifications will help if you want to build a loft for this hall. Note that all residence hall bedsprings are 7’ X 36”.
