Abnormal Weather Patterns

Are we Experiencing Abnormal Weather Patterns in the US
Ronald Tracy

Global warming is frequently in the news. Some suggest that it is a normal occurrence others suggest that it is caused or at least exacerbated by man. This project is designed to study if the US weather patterns are in anyway abnormal. Data is collected by the US in over 1000 weather stations throughout the country for a variety of statistics such as: amount of rainfall, number of days above 90 degrees, number of days below freezing, number of tornadoes, etc. Results for 2007 will be compared to historical data between 1950 and 1990.
