OUAA Board
The 24-member OUAA Board of Directors governs the Alumni Association and is called upon by the university to give advice on matters relating to alumni. It specifically provides counsel and advice to the Alumni Relations Office, president of Oakland University, University Relations Division and OU Board of Trustees.

OUAA Office
The OUAA Office is on the east side of campus in John Dodge House, the original home of John Dodge and Matilda Dodge Wilson. Matilda and her second husband, Alfred Wilson, saw a need for a university in Oakland County and donated $2 million and their 1,500-acre estate to establish what is now Oakland University.
