On-Site Interviews

On-site interviews allow a company to obtain a more in-depth assessment of potential candidates before making a job offer.

They may consist of a tour, interviews with several managers, meetings with other employees, and testing. They help determine a fit between you and the company.

Preparation is key (obtain itinerary). You may be there for up to several hours and meals and other expenses are usually provided and paid for by the company.
