Individual Interviews

In individual interviews, employers will likely ask you traditional questions that they ask of every applicant such as “Tell me about yourself” or “Where do you see yourself in 5 years?”

Follow their lead, listen carefully and answer questions fully. As the interview is wrapping up, supply information you think is important but that they didn’t ask about. To make a positive impression, you will need to ask questions about the company and you will need to do research. Always ask about next steps and when the selection process will be completed.
