Sanjay Kumar
Sanjay Kumar is the current chair of TiE Detroit (Talent, Ideas and Entrepreneurship) Renewable Energy Special Interest Group and an independent consultant. Currently working on his start-up, Ask Energy, in the field of solar and renewable energy, Kumar consults on the topics of renewable energy opportunities, trends and enabling companies to connect with partners in India. 

As a former director at Accenture, Kumar was responsible for defining and executing delivery strategies for data center, network and end-user computing management specifically focusing on service management. Prior to spending three years establishing a global delivery network and improving service quality and efficiency for Accenture, Kumar spent more than 20 years at EDS in various technical and management positions for clients in the manufacturing, automotive, telecom, government and financial industries, where he was instrumental in directing their global technical management services expansion in Brazil, Malaysia, Eastern Europe, New Zealand and India. 

Kumar is active in industry organizations and volunteers his time for local organizations including the Michigan Science Fair, Automation Alley's Global Trade Mission and TiE Detroit.
