Oakland University’s Payroll Department assists other OU departments in making payroll payments to faculty, staff and student employees.

Some of the services provided by the department include:

• Issuing all employee pay checks
• Processing payments for all deductions from employee checks
• Managing court ordered deductions such as garnishments, tax levies, friend of the court and bankruptcy
• Issuing W-2 and 1042S Forms
• Providing replacement tax forms or payroll checks as required
• Providing wage verification with written request
