2013 - 2014 Leadership Consultants
Leadership & Volunteer Center
Center for Student Activities (CSA)

Position Description:

Leadership Consultants (LC) gain leadership experience by serving as facilitators, mentors, and organizational consultants for leadership and service opportunities. They collaborate with CSA to develop new programs and resources, assess the needs of students on campus, and work as a group in order to meet those needs. Consultants also have the rare opportunity to be exposed to numerous campus initiatives and potentially play a major role in helping them succeed. Next year consultants will have updated roles:

  1. Consultants will act as ambassadors to the CSA office by facilitating and assisting in various programs hosted by the Leadership and Volunteer Center as well as the Center for Student Activities:
Orientation, Leadership Boot Camp, Make a Difference Day, Grizz Tracks, International Night, OU Day of Service and much more!
  2. Consultants serve student organizations by providing a third person and unbiased voice of guidance through issues such as transitions, by communication, and other areas of conflict.
  3. Consultants present tailored workshops on a variety of topics to students. These workshops may deal with issues such as publicity, recruitment, service, teambuilding, and event planning.
